Woman burns down boyfriend’s room thinking he cheated on her

Loyalty and trust can take a relationship a long way. However, the absence of any one of those characteristics can create a lot of problems.

One woman suspected that her boyfriend was not loyal to her. Instead of waiting to clarify, the woman went ahead and did something spontaneous. Well, her actions landed her in some serious trouble.

A woman identified as Donlaya Nalee from Pattaya, Thailand, doubted her boyfriend’s commitment to their relationship. She was enraged thinking that her boyfriend was cheating on her.

Consequently, the woman did not think twice. She burned down his room when she was drunk. The incident took place on November 26.

The angry 25-year-old set her partner’s bed on fire. Police were informed of the fire at around 1:30 am local time.

As the firefighters arrived at the spot, the man’s room was covered in smoke. Fortunately, the firefighters managed to prevent the fire from spreading to the other rooms. Meanwhile, the boyfriend’s room was severely damaged. Soon after, the woman was arrested.

Commenting on the incident, the victim stated, “She was angry and jealous of me for allegedly having an affair with another woman.” The 33-year-old also stated that the woman attacked him before setting his room on fire. However, the man refrained to confirm if the allegation against him was true.

The woman, on the other hand, was given time to sober up at the station. It is not known what she has been charged with.
