Ghanaian Sports journalist, Countryman Songo born Patrick Osei Agyemang has stated that Thomas Partey was useless in Ghana’s world cup opener against Portugal.
Countryman Songo explained that Thomas Partey was ineffective in Ghana’s 3-2 loss against Portugal because coach Otto Addo failed to identify a player to play alongside the Arsenal star to enable him to operate freely.
“Thomas Partey was very useless,” Countryman Songo told Paul Adom-Otchere in an interview on Metro TV’s Good Evening Ghana monitored by alreadyviral.com.
He said although Partey plays in a top team he is nowhere close to Essien and advised Otto Addo to find a good partner for the Arsenal star in order to see his efficiency in matches.
