Entertainment pundit and writer, Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo has disclosed that Sarkodie deserves plaudits for seeking permission from legendary highlife singer George Darko before sampling his hit song ‘Odo Color’ on his latest tune ‘Coachellla’ which features Kwesi Arthur.
Speaking on Peace FM’s Entertainment Review, Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo disclosed that Sarkodie has really done well by crediting George Darko as the writer which most young artists wouldn’t do.
“In an era where young artistes don’t respect the legends and their copyright, he has stuck to the core business of copyright-related matters. And he has to be praised for it.
I am confident he has gone through all the process. To actually list George Darko as a writer, he has done well, and so we should praise him” Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo.
