Well, from an unconfirmed report, Nana Ama McBrown who has been off both on TV and social media for a while now has given birth in Canada, the same country where she gave birth to baby Maxin, her first child.

Just when her fans thought the pregnancy produced a single child, it turns out she gave birth to twins.
