Man who carried daughter from Awoshie to Lapaz during trotro strike gets new car

Favour has located the unknown who carried her little daughter from Awoshie to Lapez during the commercial drivers’ nationwide sit-down strike.

On Monday, December 6, 2021, commercial drivers went on a nationwide strike to voice out their worries to Akufo Addo about the increase in fuel.

While on strike, workers and students were left stranded on the street and many had to take it upon their selves to walk to their various destinations.

One man who lives in Awoshie but has her daughter schooling in Lapaz in Accra had to carry the little girl in his arms and walk that long distance to make sure his daughter gets to school safely.

His story warmed the hearts of many and even became the highlight of the day.

Two days after the strike, we are told he has been gifted a car.

As to who gifted him the car, we are yet to find out.
