A Nigerian man has expressed doubt over his new wife’s claim that she married him as a virgin.
He said that when they consumated their marriage on that day, he did not observe the biological reaction which commonly happens when a girl loses her virginity.
According to the man, it has been disturbing him since they tied the knot six weeks ago and he has tried to find out if it is a rare case.
The man who shared his story with Joro Olumofin said they met in church and dated for six months and being that they are religious, abstinence was agreed until marriage.
He said he has inquired from doctors and other women on their experience when they lost their virginity and their stories, though the same, differs from what happened with his wife.
