Jesse Lingard’s brother blasts Manchester United over lack of Old Trafford farewell

Jesse Lingard’s brother has reacted to the winger’s absence during Manchester United’s 3-0 win over Brentford at Old Trafford on Monday which happened to be the last home game of the season.

Jesse Lingard’s 9-year stay at Man United might be coming to a climax as his contract expires this summer.

However, it was unusual as he was an unused substitute during Man United’s home game against Brentford as players who were due to leave the club were given send-offs at Old Trafford.

The likes of Nemanja Matic, Juan Mata and Edinson Cavani were all given their likely Old Trafford send-offs.

Jesse Lingard’s brother took to Instagram to angrily call Manchester United out for the club not playing him.
