Sister of 23-year-old L. A car crash victim,Asherey Ryan says her sister was 8 1/2 months pregnant and on her way to a doctor’s appointment when the accident happened.

Her son,boyfriend and unborn child were killed in the crash as well.

Ryan Asherey’s sister took to Instagram live to speak out about the accident. During the live she says authorities were aware of the drunk driver but failed to stop her before the accident.
