Ace Ghanaian entertainment pundit cum content creator Arnold Asamoah Baidoo has revealed in detail what triggered dancehall artist Shatta Wale to kneel before the Inspector General of Police during the meeting with celebrities.

According to Arnold on United Showbiz, Shatta Wale knelt only to plead with the IGP to allow celebrities to live their lives to the fullest with no questions and not to apologize as was reported earlier.

The media earlier reported that Shatta Wale knelt before the IGP to apologize after COP Kofi Boakye has called for his arrest for misbehaving and using unprinted words.

However, Arnold has said that it wasn’t the main reason the SM president knelt in front of the IGP.

He noted in his assertion that Shatta Wale made a harmless request to the IGP that celebrities are kind of special people therefore, they deserve special respect and treatment.

However, from what we have gathered, his request wasn’t granted.
