Being completely healthy is an amazing feeling. We live in a world where good health is usually determined by a certain kind of appearance.

Yes, some people may have nice abs, flat tummy, and pretty skin but all these doesn’t guarantee that they are healthy.

The World Health Organization (WHO), defined health as “a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of diseases.”

So how can you tell if you fit into that definition? In this article, I’ll be telling you guys about 10 sure signs that you are actually healthy, even if you don’t feel like it.

1. You eat when you’re hungry and stop only when you’re full.

Most people are unable to eat well enough when they are hungry, due to a lack of appetite. Eating to your satisfaction and stopping only when you’re feeling full, is a sign of healthy living.

2. You can make it up to two flights of stairs and still feel strong enough to climb more.

Climbing high staircases are a good test of physical health and wellbeing. You don’t have to be an extreme athlete to be healthy. If you can quickly climb high staircases without feeling fatigued, then you have a moderate level of health.

3. You can wake up without an alarm clock.

If you always wake up, in the early hours of the morning, without an alarm clock and you feel refreshed, that’s a pretty good sign that you’re healthy and getting quality sleep.

4. You have the energy to do the things you want to do.

Having the strength and energy, to do the things you want to do, is usually a sign of good health. And that energy can be physical energy and emotional energy.

5. You’re not falling asleep too quickly. Falling asleep in roughly 10 to 20 minutes is a sign that your health is not good.

Most people fall asleep more quickly than average. Once their head hits the pillow, they’re out, and that can be a clue that, they are depriving their self off quality sleep, which is bad for health. No matter what, remember that health is wealth.
